So often we don't give ourselves the time to hold it in mind, to picture it calmly — and it turns out that's the most effective way to bring it about. Here you give yourself that space: to set an intention for what you want and start putting it into motion.

Empezamos con un poco de journaling: unas cuantas preguntas para aterrizar hacia dónde quieres ir y qué quieres crear. Después abrimos un espacio para crear con distintos materiales, dándole forma a eso que visualizaste. Es una clase para parar, mirar adentro y dirigir.We begin with a little journaling: a few questions to ground where you want to go and what you want to create. Then we open a space to create with different materials, giving shape to what you pictured. It's a class to stop, look inward, and steer.
